Designed in the elegant Indochine style, the restaurant features an open kitchen, a grand piano, and a lush garden courtyard, creating a sophisticated ambiance for guests .​

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Duy Anh Nguyen, The Colonial has introduced a six-course degustation menu that celebrates Vietnam's rich ingredients through refined French techniques. .​

During the day, The Colonial serves as an exclusive club lounge for guests staying in premium suites and villas, offering à la carte breakfasts and afternoon teas. In the evening, it transforms into an elegant dining venue, enhanced by live piano performances that add to its refined atmosphere.

Dress Code: Smart Casual to Elegant
For high-end breakfast service and fine dining, we kindly ask guests to dress in smart casual or elegant evening wear. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear collared shirts and closed shoes in the evening. Please avoid flip-flops, caps, and sleeveless shirts.

Notice: The Colonial Restaurant will be temporarily closed for maintenance and enhancement from 26 November - 14 December 2025. During this period, high-end breakfast will be served at Beach Club.
