Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
Early check-in before 9:00 AM incurs 100% room charge.
Early check-in after 9:00 AM incurs 50% room charge.
Late check-out before 6:00 PM incurs 50% room charge.
Late check-out after 6:00 PM incurs 100% room charge.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Government-issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.

Children Policy

Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child under 12 years old per room.
Children are welcome in all room types.
Room rates are based on double occupancy. Surcharges for children:

Under 6 years: Complimentary breakfast & accommodation when sharing existing bed with parents.
6 – 11 years: Breakfast surcharge of VND 405,000 (nett) per child per night when sharing existing bed with parents.

Cot & Extra Bed Policy

0 – 1 year: Baby cots are available upon request and provided free of charge.
Extra beds (upon request):

6 – 11 years: VND 1,010,000 (nett) per child, per night
12 years and above: VND 1,300,000 (nett) per person, per night

Extra beds can be arranged in all room types, except Deluxe, Premium Rooms, and Premium Ocean Rooms due to size restrictions, with a maximum of one extra bed per room.
All requests for cots and extra beds are subject to availability and will be confirmed prior to arrival.
Please ensure the correct number of adults and children is selected when making your reservation.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted on resort premises, except for certified guide dogs.

Outside Food & Beverages

To maintain our culinary standards and hygiene, outside food and beverages are not allowed in guest rooms or resort outlets.
Special dietary requests can be arranged by contacting our team in advance.

Smoking Policy

The Anam Cam Ranh is a non-smoking resort.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
A cleaning fee of VND 3,500,000 applies for violations.

Guarantee & Payment Terms

A damage deposit of VND 1,000,000 is required before check-in.
All reservations must be guaranteed with one of the following cards: American Express, China UnionPay, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard, Visa.
Guests are required to present the credit card used for payment at check-in, with the cardholder’s signature provided on the bank slip.
In the absence of the original card, settlement must be made with an alternative credit card or in cash, while the deposit will be reimbursed to the original card.

Non-Refundable Reservations

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations, modifications, or no-shows are non-refundable.

Flexible Reservations

Standard Periods

Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations are made within 3 days of arrival or in case of a no-show will be charged the full reservation amount.
100% prepayment is required to guarantee the booking and will be fully refunded if cancelled more than 3 days before arrival.

Peak Seasons

Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in case of a no-show will be charged the full reservation amount.

Shuttle Service

Pick-up/Drop-off Point: Thao Dien Sala, Gate 3 – Starbucks, An Khanh, Ho Chi Minh City

Schedule:

Departure: Thao Dien 1:30 PM → The Anam Mui Ne 4:00 PM
Return: The Anam Mui Ne 10:00 AM → Thao Dien 12:30 PM

Rates:

VND 300,000 per adult
VND 150,000 per child (6 – 11.99 years)
Complimentary for children under 6 years old

(All prices include VAT & service charge)

Service Inclusions: Cold towels and bottled water provided during the journey.
Reservation Policy:

Reservations should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations or changes within 12 hours of pick-up time will incur a 50% transfer fee.

Additional Information

Spa & Wellness

Reservations are required for massage and spa treatments. Please book in advance via ext. 0 or 147 from your guest room or visit The Anam Spa.
Arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi.
Cancellation fees: 50% within 4 hours, 100% for no-shows.
Late arrivals will not extend treatment time.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in spa facilities.
