At The Anam Mui Ne, we are committed to ensuring all guests enjoy a seamless and relaxing stay. Please take a moment to review our hotel policies below.


Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)

  • Early check-in before 9:00 AM incurs 100% room charge.

  • Early check-in after 9:00 AM incurs 50% room charge.

  • Late check-out before 6:00 PM incurs 50% room charge.

  • Late check-out after 6:00 PM incurs 100% room charge.

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

  • Government-issued photo ID and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.


Children Policy

  • Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child under 12 years old per room.

  • Children are welcome in all room types.

  • Room rates are based on double occupancy. Surcharges for children:

    • Under 6 years: Complimentary breakfast & accommodation when sharing existing bed with parents.

    • 6 – 11 years: Breakfast surcharge of VND 405,000 (nett) per child per night when sharing existing bed with parents.

(Rates include VAT & service charge)


Cot & Extra Bed Policy

  • 0 – 1 year: Baby cots are available upon request and provided free of charge.

  • Extra beds

    • An extra bed is required for children from 6 years old and above.

  • Extra Bed Charges:

    • 6 – 11 years: VND 1,010,000 nett per child, per night

    • 12 years and above: VND 1,300,000 nett per person, per night

(Rates include VAT & service charge)

  • Extra beds can be arranged in all room types, except Deluxe, Premium Rooms, and Premium Ocean Rooms due to size restrictions, with a maximum of one extra bed per room.

  • All requests for cots and extra beds are subject to availability and will be confirmed prior to arrival.

  • Please ensure the correct number of adults and children is selected when making your reservation.


Pet Policy

  • Pets are not permitted on resort premises, except for certified guide dogs.


Outside Food & Beverages

  • To maintain our culinary standards and hygiene, outside food and beverages are not allowed in guest rooms or resort outlets.

  • Special dietary requests can be arranged by contacting our team in advance.


Smoking Policy

  • The Anam Cam Ranh is a non-smoking resort.

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

  • A cleaning fee of VND 3,500,000 applies for violations.


Guarantee & Payment Terms

  • A damage deposit of VND 1,000,000 is required before check-in.

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with one of the following cards: American Express, China UnionPay, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard, Visa.

  • Guests are required to present the credit card used for payment at check-in, with the cardholder’s signature provided on the bank slip.

  • In the absence of the original card, settlement must be made with an alternative credit card or in cash, while the deposit will be reimbursed to the original card.


Non-Refundable Reservations

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations, modifications, or no-shows are non-refundable.


Flexible Reservations

  • Standard Periods

    • Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival.

    • Cancellations are made within 3 days of arrival or in case of a no-show will be charged the full reservation amount.

    • 100% prepayment is required to guarantee the booking and will be fully refunded if cancelled more than 3 days before arrival.

  • Peak Seasons

    • Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in case of a no-show will be charged the full reservation amount.

  • 2026:

    • 1 – 3 January 2026

    • 16 – 21 February 2026

    • 30 April – 4 May 2026

    • 29 August – 2 September 2026

    • 23 – 31 December 2026


Additional Information

Spa & Wellness

  • Reservations are required for massage and spa treatments. Please book in advance via ext. 0 or 147 from your guest room or visit The Anam Spa.

  • Arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi.

  • Cancellation fees: 50% within 4 hours, 100% for no-shows.

  • Late arrivals will not extend treatment time.

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in spa facilities.

Swimming Pools:

  • Pool access available from 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

  • Central Pool: Family-friendly | Beach Pool: Adults only.
