The Anam – One of Vietnam’s most compelling beachfront resorts has launched lavish getaway packages replete with bubbles and roses to celebrate its appearance in reality TV show The Bachelor.
The Anam, situated on Vietnam’s up-and-coming Cam Ranh peninsula, was chosen amid fierce global competition as a filming location of ABC’s The Bachelor, currently in its 23rd season.
Almost eight million viewers watched the episode showcasing the Anam and Vietnam’s pristine southern coastline.
The colonial-inspired resort overlooking pristine Long Beach makes for a dreamy backdrop on a series that follows former NFL player Colton Underwood’s quest to find love.
To pay homage to the long-running series, the Anam has unveiled romantic three-, five- and seven-night “Red Rose” getaways for two.
In addition to accommodation in an Ocean View Pool Villa with its own private pool, the packages include a delectable five-course seafood BBQ dinner served by a private waiter under the stars. The couple indulge the fresh seafood feast at the resort’s only table for two on the edge of the lawn fronting the same sand captured in The Bachelor.
Another highlight is a Vespa trip through the countryside concluding with a gourmet picnic and wine by a waterfall.
A bottle of champagne on arrival, private airport transfers in a Mercedes, daily breakfast, daily access to the resort’s exclusive Colonial Club Lounge and afternoon high tea, and a special room set-up with roses are among other inclusions. The couple also take home agarwood incense sticks in a hand-carved wooden box.
The five-night experience adds a 120-minute honeymoon massage for two at The Anam Spa to the mix. The seven-night package features the honeymoon massage as well as a four-hour VIP spa experience for her with a massage, facial treatment, manicure and pedicure.
“We want to recreate some of the magic of filming The Bachelor here,” said the resort’s founder Pham Van Hien. “Couples who experience ‘Red Rose’ will not have to worry about their privacy as there’ll be no cameras and crew in tow.”
The Anam is no stranger to the international spotlight, having served last year as backdrop in the grand finale of Der Bachelor, the German spinoff of The Bachelor, when real estate agent Daniel Völz, 32, handed over his last rose.
The “Red Rose” packages for two are priced from USD 2,200 for a three-night package, with the five-night and seven-night packages costing USD 3,500 and USD 4,700 respectively inclusive of service charges and taxes. The packages include accommodation in an Ocean View Pool Villa, daily breakfast, daily lounge access and afternoon high tea, bottle of champagne on arrival, private seafood BBQ by the beach, special daily room setup, private airport transfers in a Mercedes, a romantic Vespa tour and a special farewell gift. The five-night package includes a 120-minute honeymoon massage and the seven-night package includes the 120-minute honeymoon massage as well as a one four-hour VIP spa package. “Red Rose” is available until December 20, 2019.
